To enhance usability, automated billing and invoicing were integrated alongside a rewards and loyalty points system that encouraged repeat usage. Instant WhatsApp booking made access quick and user-friendly, while secure Stripe payment integration ensured reliable transactions. Together, these features created a streamlined digital solution that boosted customer retention and generated sustainable business growth.
